Billing & Credits
How usage is billed, how to check your balance, and how to add more when you're running low.
Your assistant runs on credits. Instead of paying one flat fee no matter how much or how little you use it, you're billed for the actual work your assistant does. This guide explains how that works, and how to check and top up your balance.
How credits work
Every time your assistant handles a task or has a conversation with you, it uses up a small number of credits. The exact amount depends on how much work is involved — a quick reminder uses less than, say, coordinating a meeting across five calendars and drafting a follow-up email.
You don't need to think about this while you work. Just talk to your assistant and let it do the task. Credits are deducted automatically behind the scenes.
Checking your balance
You can see exactly how many credits you have, and how they've been used, from your account's Billing page. It shows your current balance along with a breakdown of what your credits have gone toward, so there's never any guesswork about where they went.
Check in on this page any time — there's no need to wait for a warning. Your balance is always visible, so you'll know you're running low well before you'd ever be caught off guard.
Adding more credits
If your balance is getting low, adding more takes just a moment. From the same Billing page, click Add Credits and choose how many you'd like to add. Your new credits are available right away, so your assistant can keep working without interruption.
