Getting started

Set up your assistant and make your first request.

What is the dashboard?

The dashboard is where you manage tasks, talk to your AI assistant, connect your calendar and email, and collaborate with your team.

Your assistant

The first thing to do is meet your assistant. Your assistant is your AI — it handles tasks, manages your schedule, drafts and sends emails on your behalf, and coordinates with other people's assistants.

You can talk to your assistant directly in the chat window. Just describe what you want done:

  • "Schedule a 30-minute meeting with Paul next week"
  • "Draft a follow-up email to the conversation with Sarah"
  • "Remind me to review the Q2 report on Thursday at 2pm"

Your assistant will plan the action, show you exactly what it intends to do (the email text, the meeting time, the recipients), and wait for your approval before doing anything.

Connect your calendar

To schedule meetings, your assistant needs access to your calendar. Go to Connections to link your Google or Microsoft calendar.

Once connected, your assistant can see your availability, find meeting times that work for everyone, and book events directly — all with your approval before anything is created.

Connect your email

To send and receive emails through your assistant, connect your email account under Connections. Once connected:

  • Your assistant gets its own email address (something like [email protected])
  • Emails sent to that address create tasks automatically
  • Your assistant can draft and send emails on your behalf via the dispatch cart

First task

Ready to try it? Go to Tasks and click New task, or just start a conversation with your assistant in the chat window. Describe what you want done — as specifically or as vaguely as you like — and let your assistant figure out the steps.
