Signing up

Create an account, verify your identity, and get your assistant ready.

Creating an account

Go to the signup page and create an account with your email address, or continue with Google or Microsoft if your organization has enabled those. If your organization uses single sign-on, use the "Sign in with SSO" option instead — you'll be redirected to your company's identity provider.

If someone on your team already invited you, follow the invite link in your email instead of signing up separately — it attaches your account to the right organization and team automatically.

Verifying your email

If you signed up with email and password, check your inbox for a verification link. You won't be able to connect calendars or email accounts until your address is verified.

What happens next

A new account walks through a short onboarding flow: naming your assistant, connecting a calendar or inbox (optional at this stage — you can always do it later from Connections), and a few questions about how you work so your assistant's defaults make sense from day one.

Once onboarding finishes, you land on your task list — see Getting started for what to do first.

Joining an existing organization

If your company already has an account here, ask your org admin to invite you rather than signing up independently — a self-signup creates a separate personal account that isn't connected to your organization's team, skills, or shared settings.

Password reset

Use "Forgot password" on the login page. Reset links expire after a short window — request a new one if yours has lapsed.
