Files your assistant creates and stores on your behalf — accessible, downloadable, and yours to manage.

What Drive is

Drive is your assistant's file storage. When your assistant creates a file during a task — a drafted document, a research summary, an exported report, a generated spreadsheet — it saves that file to your Drive. You can browse, download, and delete these files from Drive in your dashboard.

Files in Drive are personal. Each user has their own storage space, and your files are only visible to you.

How files get created

Your assistant saves files to your Drive automatically when the work produces a deliverable. You don't need to ask — if your assistant drafts a document, completes a research task, or generates a file, it saves it and records a file entry in the task's activity timeline.

In the task view, you'll see a file created event with the file name, type, and size. Click it to open the file directly from Drive.

You can also ask your assistant to save something explicitly: "Save that summary as a document to my Drive."

Browsing your files

Go to Drive in your sidebar to see all files your assistant has saved. Files are listed with their name, type, size, and the date created. Clicking a file opens a preview panel on the right.

Downloading files

Click Download on any file to get a direct download link. Download links are time-limited — if a link expires before you use it, just click Download again to get a fresh one.

Deleting files

Click Delete on any file to permanently remove it from Drive. This deletes both the file record and the underlying stored file. Deletion is irreversible.

If a file was created as part of a task, deleting it from Drive doesn't remove the task activity entry — the task history will still show that the file was created, but the file itself will no longer be accessible.

Storage quota

Each user has a Drive storage quota — by default, 1 GB. Your current usage is shown at the top of the Drive page. Quotas can be adjusted by your organization admin.

If you're approaching your quota, your assistant won't be able to save new files until you free up space. Delete files you no longer need to stay under the limit.
